Trust

Trust is a quality in a relationship which depends on the degree to which the parties;
  • know each other, know what is going on with each other, and feel known by the other for who they know themselves to be,
  • respect each other, honor and value each other, and know that each is valued by the other,
  • care for each other, make choices aware of how those choices will affect the other, make space in their awareness to hold an awareness of what is in the other's best interest.
